The Foundation has made the difficult decision to postpone the ninth triennial Morehead-Cain Alumni Forum because of ongoing health and safety concerns due to COVID-19.
The Forum, originally scheduled for October 2021, is planned for October 2022.
Although this news may be disappointing for many of our regular attendees, we determined that too much uncertainty surrounds public health protections, campus conditions, and travel requirements and restrictions, among other considerations. While we’re saddened to delay the conversation, connection, and serendipitous moments that make every Alumni Forum special, we look forward to celebrating brighter times ahead.
In the meantime, we’re working hard to bring as much virtual Forum-style programming to you as we can. Our fall schedule is packed with panel discussions, SEVEN Speakers, how-to sessions, and more. The next event is with adolescent medicine pediatrician and health policy researcher Charlene Wong ’04 on October 7.
